Remote Online Notarization (RON) allows a legally commissioned notary who is authorized to conduct notarizations over a secured internet connection.

Nearly all documents can be notarized on our RON platform. However, certain documents are restricted.

Certain states and public agencies impose specific additional requirements, limitations, and conditions for accepting electronically-signed documents, and not all documents may be electronically-signed or notarized.

It's up to you to make sure your document is acceptable for its intended use, so always check with your intended recipient.

Acceptable Primary Forms of ID May Include

The photo IDs listed below are frequently accepted as a primary form of ID but requirements vary by state. Some states require the ID to be valid and unexpired. 

All IDs must include a photographic image of your face:

- U.S. state-issued driver’s license

- U.S. state-issued photo ID

- U.S. Passport Book

- Certificate of U.S. citizenship

- Certificate of naturalization

- Foreign passport

- Alien registration card with photo (green card or permanent resident card)

Our online notary fee is $25.00 per signature . Once your online notary fee and appointment  is confirmed, payments can be made prior to the online session. Payments made during the online notary session must be paid before the notarization is complete and the session is closed.

Prior to beginning the online notary session, you will receive a confirmation email with helpful tips to make your session quick and convenient.  

The confirmation email contains the secured link to join the session

To begin the online session, you will have to first complete the identification verification process. Please be sure to have the following information available prior to connecting with the notary for your online session. 
 

1. U.S. social security number

2. Government-issued photo identification (see this list of acceptable IDs)

3. Current or previous U.S. address

4. A device that meets minimum system requirements, including audio and video capabilities

5.A strong internet connection
